Hudson is finishing up his last day at Trinity baseball camp today. He participated in this camp last year and loved it. It's been ridiculously hot here and this is an all day camp. How they are even surviving is beyond me. It was 107 when I picked him up yesterday. I stood out waiting for him for about 10 minutes and by the time he was finished I was rushing him to hurry and get into the car because I was miserable. Kids have so much more tolerance for misery than we do as adults. Heat aside, it's been a great week. It's funny how quickly you adjust to having absolutely no schedule because already after one week of semi structure I am ready to go back to our carefree summer days...primarily I'm referring to the no alarm clock lifestyle.
So we are ready for the weekend around here. No concrete plans other than enjoying our time together more than likely poolside. We've really enjoyed our days at the pool so far this summer. Such a difference with Parker this year as he is able to swim semi independantly with his life vest. It definitely makes the process a tad less stressful.
I ran across these shirts in Lilsteinstyles on Etsy and thought were adorable for 4th of July. I'm not totally convinced I can get the older two to wear them but I'm thinking for sure Parker can pull it off. :)
Happy weekend to everyone! Enjoy and try to stay cool!
